Ne-Yo announces a 12-date tour entitled "Live In Concert."

Last we heard, Ne-Yo was set to release his next upcoming studio album, Non Fiction, on September 30th. While that's looking less and less likely, as we're now less than a month away and haven't heard any official word, the R&B singer has just filled up his schedule for October with a new 12-date tour titled simply "Live In Concert."
